To my friends, colleagues, former students and future students:

I anticipate that the challenges ahead will be significantly more disruptive than those posed by COVID-19.
This emerging crisis is not rooted in biological pathogens such as bacteria or viruses, but rather in the diseases of flawed math, breaches of good faith, misplaced loyalty, isolationist nationalism and punishing policies.
Its ramifications are already negatively infecting every community across the United States, precipitating widespread confusion, chaos, budget reductions and elimination of critical services at all levels of business and government.
In anticipation of these developments, and until further notice, I have undertaken a strategic transition of all 40-hour leadership academies to a fully online format.
Additionally, effective immediately, and until further notice, the tuition for each online 40-hour academy (The Results Group, Ltd.) has been reduced from $500 to $350 per individual and each of the Personal Coaching sessions (Mind Your 4 Peas) site have been reduced from $225 to $125 per session.
These adjustments are intended to assist organizations in mitigating financial strain while preserving access to indispensable leadership/supervisory training programs and valuable personal coaching services. Such programs are critical to succession planning, professional development, personal development and risk mitigation skills among employees who will contribute to creating a better future.
I encourage you to extend these opportunities to others within your networks. Your unwavering support over the years has been greatly appreciated, and I remain committed to serving you during these challenging times.
Unlike COVID-19, the devastating impact of which was not universally felt in every household, this impending crisis is affecting every individual, family, business, neighborhood, and community in each state of our nation.
Together, we must prepare to confront these challenges with resilience, determination, good judgment, facts and truly caring about one another.
I continue to do what I can to be of service and to provide the highest quality training with the resources I have.
Best wishes from Tucson!
- Steve
