Your Guide to Leading Your Team in the Academy

Thank you for leading your team through this learning experience. As a Group Leader, you have access to tools that allow you to assign participants, monitor progress, and support completion. This page outlines what you should know to get started.

YOUR ROLE AS GROUP LEADER

You have access to the content of your group, which includes:

• Adding or removing team members
• Viewing each member’s course progress
• Reviewing quiz results and completions
• Accessing the full course content yourself

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDANCE

Access Your Group Dashboard

• Log in to the academy as usual … that is …
• Go to https://theresultsgroupltd.com/flightdeck
• Enter your official email address in the block provided.
• Check your email. A login link should arrive – on average – within 15 seconds.
• Click on the “Login” link in that email.
• You will land on your personal Student Dashboard.
• Click on the My Group link on that page.
• You will land on your Group Dashboard.

Add Team Members From Your Group Dashboard

• Select “Add New Member”:
  • Click on the icon that looks like a pen.
  • NOTE: Each of your team members must already be a system user per initial registration guidance or the system will not recognize them when you invite them to join your Group.
  • Insert your students email addresses in the appropriate box or simply copy the link at the bottom of that box and paste it in an email to them. Send the link to your Group. When they receive the link they must accept the invitation.
  • When your student(s) receives the invitation they should “Accept Invitation”
  • They will then be added to your Group and automatically be enrolled in The Leadership Academy. They can access the academy modules from their own personal Student Dashboard.

Monitor Progress On Your Group Dashboard

• Go to the “Reporting” tab:
  • View each member’s course completion status
  • Review quiz scores and certificates earned
• Use this data to support and encourage your team.

Remove or Replace Members

• In the “Members” tab, click the remove icon next to any member.
• You can then invite a new member to join the group.

Access the Full Course

• As Group Leader, you also have full access – as a student – to all modules.
• You can preview content, participate in lessons, and guide your team effectively.
