Before Your Course Begins We understand that life shifts. If you need to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, here’s how we support you:

No-Show Without Notice We’re unable to offer refunds for missed courses without prior communication. Exceptions may be granted for documented emergencies.

14+ Days Before Start Date Full refund, no questions asked. We release your seat with gratitude and hope to welcome you when the time is right.

7–13 Days Before Start Date 50% refund or full credit toward a future course. Your journey matters—we’ll help you find the right time to begin.

Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date No refund, but you may transfer your seat to a friend or reschedule for a future cohort (subject to availability).
