I am proud to be retired from law enforcement. It was an amazingly rewarding and challenging career. I have had a few months of “normal” life to adjust and reflect on the best and worst parts of my choices and those of others. These reminded me of the instruction I received from Mr. Kent. He inspired me as a first line supervisor and challenged me as an administrator. I was a better man, supervisor, and leader thanks to Mr. Kent’s contribution to my life and career. Thank you, Sir!!
