Provider: The Results Group, Ltd. / Stephen L. Kent
Subscriber: The individual or entity purchasing or otherwise has access to the Service.
1. The Relationship of Trust
At The Results Group, Ltd., our mission is centered around fostering growth and excellence. While it is a regrettable reality of modern business that we must include formal legal warnings to prevent the unauthorized distribution or “ripping off” of our proprietary materials, we provide these terms to ensure that the integrity of our intellectual property—and the investment of our honest subscribers—is fully protected.
2. Grant of License & Access To The Leadership Academy
Provider grants Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to access The Leadership Academy online training.
- Authorized Users: Access is strictly limited to the conditions established at purchase.
- The Group Leader: Each Subscriber organization must designate a Group Leader. This individual serves as the steward of the program, ensuring that the materials are used ethically and effectively within the Subscriber’s organization.
3. Prohibited Conduct (The “Anti-Piracy” Clause)
The subscriber and its users shall not:
- Copy, record, screenshot, or redistribute any video, text, or proprietary frameworks.
- Share login credentials with individuals outside the licensed agreement.
- Remove any watermarks, trademarks, or copyright notices from Academy materials.
- Use the materials to create a derivative “competitor” training program.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to methodology, specialized frameworks, and digital assets, is the sole property of The Results Group, Ltd. / Stephen L. Kent. Unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a material breach of this contract and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
5. Fees and Subscription Term
- Payment: Access is contingent upon timely payment of subscription fees.
- Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the term.
- Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel at any time; however, previously paid fees are non-refundable to protect the value of the digital assets already accessed.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, Provider is not liable for any specific business outcomes or indirect damages resulting from the use of the training materials or information contained in Trail Notes.
7. Termination
Provider reserves the right to terminate access immediately, without refund, if it is discovered that the Subscriber is duplicating, sharing, or otherwise “ripping off” the materials in violation of Section 3.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Digital Security & Malware Disclaimer
1. Assumption of Risk The User acknowledges that the transmission of data over the internet is never 100% secure. While The Results Group, Ltd. employs security measures, we do not guarantee that the Website, its servers, or any emails/files sent from our system are free of viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful components.
2. User Responsibility By accessing The Leadership Academy platform, the User agrees that they are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining and implementing their own IT security protocols (including updated antivirus software and firewalls).
- Backing up their own data and protecting their hardware.
- The cost of any service, repair, or correction required for their IT system resulting from the use of this platform.
3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Results Group, Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any viruses or malicious code that may infect a User’s computer equipment or other property.
