RETURNING USERS: Scroll Down To “Approved Users”

New Users: Forgive us for any inconvenience in this process; the security of your registration data is very important to us. Please follow these two steps:

1. First, you must be approved as a User to operate our registration system. Doing so is a security step so our system knows you are an actual Human Being rather than a robot – and that your status is approved by an actual Human Being in our office.

2. Secondly, you will then need to sign into the system as an Approved User to register people.

To become an Approved User, please follow these directions carefully. (You may want to do so in a separate tab or print this page so you can use these directions alongside your registration progress.)

  1. Click on the link to the desired Academy.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page; click ONLY on the link, “Sign Up
  3. Determine a “Username” for yourself, then enter your email. Please remember what your Username is!
  4. Click on “Register.”
  5. That triggers an email message for an actual Human Being to approve your status as an Approved User (usually within one working day.) Please be patient! You cannot sign into the system nor register for training until you have received an email notification that you are an Approved User and received your temporary password. When you are approved you should receive an email with the User Name you chose and a system-generated password similar to this:

Click on the link provided in the email; when that page comes up, sign in with your Username and the Password we provided (you can change your password later in your Profile if you wish.)

  • You should now be on your personal Profile page in our system.
  • Please take a moment to complete all sections in your personal profile in the form provided (including changing your Password if you want).
  • Click “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page.
  • When completed, please go to the top right corner of the page and log out.
  • You have now completed the steps to be an “Approved User” in our system! Thanks for your patience.

Approved Users:

  1. Click on the link to the desired Academy.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of that page to the Registration Form.
  3. Login with your Username and Password.
  4. Under “Bookings” and “Ticket Type” … If you are registering only one person, choose the “REGISTER ONE” drop-down, then scroll to “1”. Input that person’s name and title.
  5. If you are registering two or more people: Register the first person as just noted; multiple registration discounts are only good for more than one registration. For your 2nd, 3rd or more registrations, use the drop box beside “Additional Registrations” to choose the number of additional people you wish to register. Input the names and titles of additional registrants. Our website will automatically calculate the total tuitions when you get to Checkout.
  6. Enter your own information as the person doing the registration(s).
  7. Choose your payment method (see below) and click on “Submit Registration.”
  8. You should receive an email confirmation of the registrations an hour or so after submitting the request.
  9. Should you ever need to register other people for any one of our Leadership Academies, simply use the steps for Approved Users as outlined in steps 1 – 8, above.

Payment Options Dropdown Menu

For Credit Card Users: Click on “Paypal” in the dropdown menu. You will be re-directed to our Paypal Site to complete the transaction. You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay here. You may use your Mastercard or VISA at OUR Paypal site. Simply follow the directions. Some agencies may not be authorized to pay with a credit card, in which case, use the “Bill Me” dropdown as follows and you will be invoiced along with confirmation of registration(s).

Bill Me: If your agency requires direct billing, proceed with registering on line as above. Then use the “Bill Me” option on the drop down menu; doing so prompts our office to send you an invoice.
