Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Alumni,

Since 1998, I’ve had the privilege of pioneering leadership development for public safety professionals across the United States—from line employees to first-line supervisors, to Sergeants to executives. It’s been a remarkable journey, filled with trust, transformation, collaboration, and honor.

To those who know my “Flight To Hawai’i” analogy … Increasingly, the skies are filled with all types of leadership training flights. Many new offerings—some from former students—now provide “free” training subsidized by outside sources. While I value the feedback I’ve received from those who deeply appreciate the difference in quality, the reality is clear: I can’t compete with “free.”

Traveling nationwide has been meaningful, but with rising costs and oftentimes fewer than 12 people showing up for in-person enrollment, open enrollment classroom sessions are no longer sustainable.

The upcoming academy (August 25–29 in West Richland, WA) will be my final in-person, open-enrollment event. (There’s still time to register, but, this is the last one!)

Starting September 1, all future programs will be delivered exclusively online, including through my soon-to-be-launched Members Only Subscriptions at https://theresultsgroupltd.com/store/announcing-membership-subscriptions/

It has been incredible to watch you thrive!
