Community Relations & Marketing

We believe that effective Community Relations and a systematic Marketing process are integral to Strategic Advantage for our clients. We consistently help our clients build the kind of marketing “machine” that positions them to get what they want, when they want it, in the amount they need it.

After all, the market – and the market alone – decides what they want, when they want it, when it should be offered and how much they’ll pay for it. After all, it is their money! Assisting our clients to create effective, mutually-beneficial relationships with taxpayers and other revenue sources is one of the hallmarks of The Results Group, Ltd.

When you think about it, the time to establish a relationship with a bank is NOT when you need a loan. Likewise, the time to position your agency for additional resources is NOT when you decide to put a request for funds on the ballot.

Among the services we provide are:

  • Conduct marketing & community relations training seminar – for people inside the agency and members of the community-at-large
  • Conduct selected, statistically-valid market research
  • Draft long range, strategic objectives for marketing & community relations
  • Review existing policies and procedures relative to marketing & community relations with recommendations for changes
  • Draft marketing calendar and plan – including: Media relations, Market Research, Publications, and Community Outreach
  • Assist in effectively structuring the Public Information/Community Relations Office – including effective job descriptions and reporting relationships
  • Train Public Information Officer and members of the Command Team
  • Provide ongoing assistance in implementing and measuring the effectiveness of the Community Relations & Marketing program
